Starting my day off is always important to fuel up on fruit. As a mom of two I need the energy. Let’s be honest I never have enough sleep. Luckily for me I found the lifestyle that greatly helps with my energy and mood!
Breafast today was a beautiful simple smoothie.
•1 vanilla bean
•about 1.5 cups berries
I then filled vitamix jug with water and blended. Super yummy. Vanilla has def been a favorite lately!
