Bare with me- this may come out mind rambling…it can be difficult to express these thoughts but I must get them down to save .
Have you ever really thought about what’s out there in the universe?
As as I have gone through life I feel as though I have discovered more and more possibilities. Without being told things it is like I can just feel things.
When you go through each day, are you just going through the motions? Have a routine where it’s the same every day? I have experienced so much more when I have thrown out my typical “routines”.
It feels like my capacity of thought expands beyond what I could imagine.
What I have learned throughout life is that thoughts create. What that means to me is what we think we become; or we create that reality. There is a relationship between our reality and our energy.
If you are happy in life that’s awesome, keep spreading those happy vibes!! If you are unhappy – practice envisioning yourself in a reality where you are happy. What do you see yourself doing? Where are you? What is going on in life?
You may not envision every detail but by seeing yourself in a positive reality you will start changing your thought process. Small thoughts create a ripple effect. Before you know it your whole way you see yourself is different. The energy you put out is different. You start attracting other things.
Then one day you are there. You have created a new reality. Crazy to think that when its put into words it seems so simple. In all honesty- it is that simple. It all starts with a single thought.
So many people are stuck in one way of life. They don’t see beyond that. The life they live is the life they believe they will continue to live. They do nothing to go outside the box that they are in. I don’t say this in a bad way- many people are happy living their life one way. .. If you really think about it- what is there for you in the universe?
Are you capable of more? Does the unknown frighten you? Are you at peace? Do you want something else? Have you explored other dimensions? Do you know who you really are? What is your vibe?
So many questions…
If you want to get to that sweet spot where you feel at peace and live in happiness you need to raise your vibration. Every thought and feeling has a measurable vibration. You want to raise it high enough to connect with the power of intention.
How does this have anything to do with what I was saying? Well what you are is what you attract. If you are feeling frustrated, depressed, unhappy you are going to end up in situations with difficult people, negativity – like creates like. What you are putting into energy is what’s coming back in that vibration.
There are many ways you can work on raising your vibration. Eating whole, plant based, living foods. They are full of vibrancy, love, energy and life! Get into nature and connect with our earth. Meditation. Find your purpose in life and spend time strengthening it each day. Set goals for yourself and work to meet them.
For me having my home where I can live in pure love and peace makes a huge difference. Home should be your sanctuary- where you can count on feeling happiness.
Connecting to your spiritual awareness. For me deepening my spirituality has been life changing. It has been a process over the past nearly 5 years (really almost 10 but in the last 5 I have finally found what resonates with me).
All these things are stepping stones to becoming your best self. It’s going to be a different experience for each person but really start by believing there are infinite possibilities for you.
